the editor keeps the canvas clear while placing the main tools in a compact floating toolbar. boards support text, sticky notes, shapes, arrows, freehand drawing, erasing, selection, panning and zooming.

project owners can share a board by username and choose editor or viewer access. the permission controls stay separate from the editor so the board remains uncluttered while working.
